Rooms have always been very clean & in good order. The beds are very comfy & the house staff are quick to attend to any reported problem. The lifts are also reliable & the public areas and furnishings are well maintained & clean. The reception staff is very friendly, professional & do their upmost to be as helpful as possible.
The restaurant has never let us down, with plenty of choice to suit many tastes & a varied menu each night, it is also very clean & well organized.
