Qatar Airways is one of the leading Airlines in world. It was founded in year 1993 but flight operation started in 1993. In 1997 it was re launched and its 50% ownership was passed to private investor and rest to government. In year 2011 and 2012 it was awarded as airline of the year by Skytrax. The prestigious award continuously shows the quality services offered by this airline to passengers.

It offers services to all over the world. Every year it is expanding the route network to full fill the need of passengers. In a short time of period it has made a remarkable progress. It covers 120 destinations worldwide. The main important destinations are South America, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, North America and Middle East. 99 flights are operated by it to 55 destinations. Qatar Airways is now increasing its fleet’s size to give relaxation to passengers. The present fleet size is 93 and it will be double in future. Most of the fleets consist of the Airbus variation but the latest of Boeing version too finding a place in it to serve the passengers the best of their ability.

Business Class
Passengers traveling in Business Class can also check-in at the Premium Terminal in Doha. Economy Class

Complimentary meal and beverage service is provided to all passengers on all flights. First Class and Business Class passengers enjoy individual service and dining at their convenience. Special meals are available by ordering 72 hours before departure.

Entertainment systems with audio and video on demand are available on Qatar Airways’s fleet.

In-Flight Technology
All First Class and Business Class seats on Qatar Airways’s A330s, A340s and B777s have AC power outlets. AC power outlets are available in Economy Class on select A330-200s, although passengers may have to share the outlets with the passengers sitting next to them.

On Air service, which allows passengers to text message and browse the internet from their phones or laptops during flight, is being rolled out on Qatar Airways’ A320 aircraft.
